Ingredients

1 serving Whey Protein Powder, vanilla (nutritional information will vary depending on brand of powder used)
2 cups spinach leaves
1 small banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup 1% milk
1 cup ice
1 tbsp of honey to sweeten if desired (not included in nutritional info)

Directions

Place spinach in blender first. Follow with protein powder and milk. Add remaining ingredients last to help weigh down the spinach so it purees thoroughly. (Frozen blueberries are recommended, although you could use fresh. However, frozen help keep the shake’s temperature down and contributes to a milkshake-like consistency.) Blend on high until shake-like consistency is achieved.
